Crypto Asset Regulation & Compliance Institute, LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing carci.org or purchasing any CARCI programme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Programme Access

Upon purchase, you receive individual, non-transferable access to the enrolled CARCI programme through our learning management system at courses.carci.org. Access is granted to the named purchaser only and may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party.

3. Certification

CARCI specialist designations are awarded to candidates who successfully pass the programme assessment. CARCI reserves the right to revoke a designation if it is determined that the candidate breached examination integrity requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All CARCI programme content — including course materials, examinations, and associated documentation — is the intellectual property of the Crypto Asset Regulation & Compliance Institute, LLC. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any programme content without written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Payment and Refunds

Programme fees are payable at the time of enrolment. As digital content is made available immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer law.

6. Disclaimer

CARCI programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute legal advice. Programme content reflects the regulatory environment as of the date of last update. CARCI does not warrant that programme content is complete, error-free, or applicable to any specific jurisdiction or professional situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CARCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of CARCI services or reliance on programme content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
