1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online courses, training materials, and related services (the "Services") provided by the Crypto Asset Regulation Compliance Institute ("CARCI", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing, accessing, or using any CARCI course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Course Access Period

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific course description or accompanying course disclaimer, all CARCI courses must be completed within six (6) months from the date of purchase.

In extraordinary circumstances, participants may request an extension of the course access period. Such requests:

  • must be submitted before the six‑month period expires, and

  • are granted solely at CARCI’s discretion.

If a course is completed within the applicable access period, access to the course content and materials will remain available to the participant for as long as the course remains active on the CARCI platform.

CARCI reserves the right to retire, modify, or discontinue courses at any time.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

CARCI does not offer refunds once a course has been purchased, except where required by applicable law.

Participants are responsible for reviewing course descriptions and requirements prior to purchase.
