1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online courses, training materials, and related services (the "Services") provided by the Crypto Asset Regulation Compliance Institute ("CARCI", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing, accessing, or using any CARCI course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Course Access Period
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific course description or accompanying course disclaimer, all CARCI courses must be completed within six (6) months from the date of purchase.
In extraordinary circumstances, participants may request an extension of the course access period. Such requests:
must be submitted before the six‑month period expires, and
are granted solely at CARCI’s discretion.
If a course is completed within the applicable access period, access to the course content and materials will remain available to the participant for as long as the course remains active on the CARCI platform.
CARCI reserves the right to retire, modify, or discontinue courses at any time.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
CARCI does not offer refunds once a course has been purchased, except where required by applicable law.
Participants are responsible for reviewing course descriptions and requirements prior to purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
The website and all its contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, course materials, methodologies, assessments, and certifications, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by CARCI, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Participants are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑commercial license to access and use the course materials strictly for personal educational purposes.
Participants may not:
reproduce
distribute
sublicense
publicly display
share login access
create derivative works
use materials for commercial training or advisory services
use materials to train AI systems or automated tools
extract materials using automated tools
without prior written consent from CARCI.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
5. Educational Use Only
CARCI courses are provided for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, investment, or compliance advice.
Participants should seek independent professional advice before making regulatory, legal, or business decisions.
Participation in CARCI courses does not guarantee regulatory approval, licensing success, or compliance outcomes.
6. Certification Disclaimer
Completion of a CARCI course does not constitute regulatory approval, legal qualification, or professional licensing.
Certificates issued by CARCI reflect successful completion of course requirements only.
7. Modifications to Services
CARCI may update, enhance, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion.
This includes:
updating course materials
changing delivery formats
retiring legacy content
8. User Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
provide accurate registration information
maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
use the Services lawfully
Course access is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
CARCI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, credential sharing, or breach of these Terms is detected.
9. Technology Disclaimer
CARCI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not responsible for technical issues arising from:
internet connectivity failures
third‑party hosting disruptions
user device incompatibility
10. Force Majeure
CARCI shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
CARCI provides educational services for informational purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARCI shall not be liable for:
professional or business decisions made based on course content
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
loss of opportunity, revenue, or business
reliance on course interpretations of regulatory frameworks
