Co-Founders
Natalia Latka
Chief Executive Officer
Lawyer, speaker, and crypto regulatory consultant advising banks and digital asset businesses on regulatory strategy and compliance. Previously Head of Regulatory Affairs at Evergon, Nexera, and ComPilot, Director of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs at Merkle Science, and advisor to TRM Labs, UBS, and Capgemini. Active in industry associations and regulatory forums.
Luke Gray
Chief Financial Officer
CIMA-qualified accountant with over 13 years of senior finance experience across international organisations. CFO at CARCI, responsible for financial strategy, operational planning, and enterprise financial management. Oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance across CARCI operations.
Chris Rees
Chief Revenue Officer
Experience as a Founding Commercial Lead at a leading blockchain analytics company, where he built the commercial function from the ground up. Currently leads commercial development and enterprise partnerships at CARCI. Responsible for institutional client relationships, enterprise enrolment, and revenue strategy across regulated financial services markets.

US Regulatory Faculty
GENIUS Act & BSA/AML
Specialist in US digital asset regulatory compliance with hands-on experience in BSA/AML programme design, FinCEN reporting, and GENIUS Act advisory for stablecoin issuers.
