CARCI is the Crypto Asset Regulation & Compliance Institute.
We are a specialised education and training institute dedicated exclusively to crypto asset regulation and compliance. Our focus is clear: to help professionals and organisations understand regulatory frameworks in depth, and translate them into operational reality.
CARCI was founded by regulatory and compliance practitioners who have worked directly with financial regulation, governance design, and compliance implementation. We understand how regulation moves from legislative text to board-level responsibility, internal controls, policies, reporting structures, and day-to-day operations.

CARCI was built by regulatory and compliance professionals who have spent years working directly with regulation: not just studying it, but implementing it.
Our team has hands-on experience interpreting regulatory frameworks, translating complex legal texts into actionable strategies, and building operational compliance systems that work in real organisations. We have supported firms in understanding their obligations, designing governance structures, implementing policies, and embedding compliance into day-to-day operations.
Before CARCI, we were searching for the kind of crypto regulatory education we ourselves needed: structured, rigorous, and focused on understanding regulation as regulation.
We found many valuable courses on the market. Some provided strong introductions. Others offered broad industry perspectives. Many focused on specific tools or practical use cases.
But what we were looking for was something more specific: a structured, in-depth approach that treats regulation and compliance as the primary subject, not as a supporting theme.
So we built it.
CARCI is grounded in a deliberate philosophy: no product placement, no surface-level summaries, no trying to cover everything at once. Instead, we focus on clarity, structure, and helping professionals truly understand how regulatory frameworks operate, and how to translate them into governance, controls, and operational processes.
