We collect personal data that you provide directly, including name, email address, and payment information when enrolling in CARCI programmes. We also collect limited technical data through standard web analytics (such as pages visited and session duration) to improve our services.

We use your data to process enrolments and payments; to deliver course access and certification; to communicate about your programme, examination results, and certification status; to respond to your enquiries; and where you have opted in, to send regulatory intelligence newsletters and updates.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third-party service providers necessary to deliver CARCI services, including our learning management system provider (LearnWorlds) and payment processor (Stripe). These providers process data under appropriate data protection agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Certification records are retained for the lifetime of the relevant credential.
